30-day returns

Not happy? Return your OXYZ Heated Vest within 30 days of delivery. It must be unworn and in its original packaging, with the power bank.

Free size exchange

Wrong size? We will exchange it for free. Email support@oxyzwear.com with your order number and the size you need.

How to return

Email support@oxyzwear.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day and send you the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged or defective items

If your vest arrives damaged or a heating part does not work, email us with your order number and a photo or video. We will replace it. See our Warranty page for coverage.
