Does it come with a battery?
Yes. Every vest ships with a 10,000 mAh power bank and USB cable.
How long does it stay warm?
Depends on the heat level. Exact hours to be confirmed after testing.
What size should I get?
Our vests use Asian sizing, which runs 1–2 sizes smaller than US sizing. Size up 1–2 from your usual US size: if you wear a US L, order 2XL. Not sure? Check the size guide. If it doesn't fit, the exchange is free.
Can I wash it?
Care instructions to be confirmed with the factory.
Can I take it on a plane?
You can wear the vest. Power banks must go in your carry-on, not checked bags (FAA rule).
Does it work below freezing?
Yes, it keeps heating. Batteries drain faster in deep cold, so use medium for long days outside.
Can I charge my phone with the power bank?
Yes. It's a standard USB power bank, so you can unplug the vest and charge your phone.
